Star Trekish.

Ten years ago I was waking along Santa Monica boulevard I happened to catch sight of this workshop and noticed some interesting props under construction. As I took some snaps through thefencing I thought to myself that they look very Star Trekish....I wonder what they're for?

What was intended to be a long emersion into Irish culture and fun for my kids instead unfolded as a series of disasters involving viruses, pneumonia, hospital stays, economic malaise and drenching rain (the wettest July in 12 years!) that comes at you sideways rather than falling vertically. So you can imagine how relieved we were to get back home to Los Angeles...yes, right there under the tip of that red arrow!

L'ecran Fantastique

French magazine L'ecran Fantastique has started printing an english edition. I also recommend Deathray magazine as a good read on all things of a fantastic nature.

Both of these posters were actually used in print. I'm just wondering at what point in their ad campaign did they decide to build a better Barry!
